A tall errect grass with brown colouring. Leaf ends are curled.Plant in groups for best effect. North & south Islands though uncommon in the North.Coastal up to 1000 m. On beaches, lagoon, lake and stream margins, or in damp ground within open forest or short tussock grassland. 75cm
